MARY STREET BAKERY POLICIES
ORDER PROCESSING & LEAD TIME
Please place your order online by 12pm the day before required. Orders for Monday must. be placed by 12pm Saturday.
Some products require 48 hours' notice. Please refer to individual product listings for lead times.
Your order will be confirmed via email once check-out is complete and payment received.
Wholesale orders are confirmed in accordance with approved account terms. Please notify us immediately if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Mary Street Bakery reserves the right to decline or adjust orders based on availability and capacity.
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Understandably plans can change, and while we do our best to accommodate order adjustments these cannot always be guaranteed - please get in touch to chat further.
Orders may be cancelled up until 12pm the day prior to the order date. Special order and/or products with extended lead time are excluded from this policy.
DIETARIES & ALLERGIES
Dietary and allergen information is provided within individual product listings where available. Due to the nature of our kitchens, we are unable to modify recipes or guarantee against cross-contamination.
COLLECTION & DELIVERY
Catering and pre-orders can be picked up from our Highgate, West Leederville, and City Beach locations 7 days, 7am – 3pm. Or from our Perth CBD stores and Offshoot Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm.
Wholesale customers should refer to the pick-up and delivery terms outlined in their individual wholesale credit applications.
Risk and title of goods transfers to you the customer upon collection or receipt of goods.
ORDER ISSUES & QUALITY CLAIMS
We take pride in our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
You must make any claim regarding goods within 24 hours of collection or receipt, for products that are:
- Significantly different from what was ordered or described
- Missing from the order
- Or not of acceptable quality
To assist with prompt resolution, we may request photographs and/or other relevant order details.
We will review all claims, and where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund or credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Mary Street Bakery complies with the ACCC and Australian Consumer Law
Customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit where products are:
- Faulty or unsafe
- Misdescribed
- Not fit for purpose
- Not of acceptable quality
For change of mind, we are not required by law to offer a refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Following collection and/or delivery, customers are responsible for the appropriate storage,
handling and use of products in accordance with food safety regulations and requirements.
Mary Street Bakery is not liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling after hand-over of goods.
